Fathom V: Beaufort London

Fathom V feels like having a really good, determined cry by a river. Somewhere by the sodden weed-covered timbers and stairs of the tiny shingled mud patches of beach on the Thames, where you are caught between the tides and the city.

Deep oceans? Maybe. Probably.

But the closest I’ve been is a cross channel ferry and those mostly smell of beer, rather than deep wet green and lilies.

I really dig what Beaufort London does (here with perfumer Julie Marlowe.)
